thanks for your question.

it seems like a cable on the back is disconnected.. try that first. make sure all leads are pushed in correctly and firmly.

You should try to reset the unit.
To reset first switch off the unit then Disconnect the unit from power supply/batteries then disconnect any other units connected to it, after that Leave it disconnected for 30 minutes. It should reset itself then start again.
