If you will use a flashlight to shine on the screen, and if you and see if you see some any image on the screen at all, the back light has failed. Once you have supplied the information I requested I will supply additional information on the repair needed.

If this is a new model the set will be covered under the 1 year warrenty. I do not have the service manual for this model number set. I am going to opt out of this question in hopes that another expert will have the answer for you. Hopefully you will have an answer soon.
