Well my MM6 has just lost the E keys and flat keys. they

Well my MM6 has just lost the E keys and B flat keys. they were functioning an hour ago and now nothing.
JA: What's the make/model of your device? How old is it?
Customer: 10 years old Smaller version of the MM6
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?

That might be owing to a mild electrostatic discharge into the keyboard through the keys when they were touched, perhaps.

I advise you to immediately turn Off the keyboard, unplug it from the power, and leave it that way for at least 2 or 3 hours, or overnight.

See if that rest-and-reset helps with the problem.
