That might be owing to a mild electrostatic discharge into the keyboard through the keys when they were touched, perhaps.
I advise you to immediately turn Off the keyboard, unplug it from the power, and leave it that way for at least 2 or 3 hours, or overnight.
See if that rest-and-reset helps with the problem.
