Leave it that way for at least 1 hour. Or longer. (Place an electric fan directed at or into it, meanwhile, if that's easy for you to do.)
Then plug in again, turn On, and hope that cooling down and resetting has helped.

I do not know what further to suggest. It will obviously need repair. At that age, a failure is a thing that happens to devices of this sort.
