Customer Question

Hi, we're a church in Long Island and have a Behringer X32 board. I'm told it was working fine Sunday and al of a sudden, the speakers stopped working, but you could see levels moving on the board from the microphones. Any idea what happened?

Hello, my name is Rusty. That sounds like the amplifier went off. If the meters are moving, that means there is input to the board. With the sound turned down to 25%, disconnect one of the output cables. You should hear a pop. BE SURE YOUR SOUND IS DOWN TO 25% when you do this. If you don't hear a pop, plug it back in, and investigate your amplifier. If you do hear a pop, let me know and we can continue troubleshooting.
