Hi there

Customer: replied 5 months ago.
Hi did you review my challenge with Roland Vima 5. I can't seem to confirm them protocol to create a new midi playlist. I follow the owners manual but they are silent on naming a new playlist and when I try to create it did not appear. Help

Did it work ok previously, or are you trying for the first time?

It is important to follow all of the steps as shown in the manual, right through to the final step to save the playlist.

Hi, just checking in on your question, do you need any further assistance?

Customer: replied 5 months ago.
Hi yes I followed directions and it's not clear how to save a playlist. I now have a bigger problem in that the spin dial you use to scan data and select and execute is stuck and makes the module unusable. Oh well.

Ok, in that case it would require a repair - approximately how old is your JM-5? Is it still under warranty?
