We have just recently bought a Seeburg Model M100C I believe

we have just recently bought a Seeburg Model M100C I believe based on pictures. We had it shipped to us and are experiencing two problems. First, side B will not play loudly and I assume the needle is missing or not working and secondly, only certain selections will play when chosen. All the records were inside the jukebox upon arrival and I am guessing it did not have a smooth ride to get to us. Any suggestions as to what may be causing either of these problems?
