I have a Technics SX-PR602 piano whose screen doesn't work.

Customer Question

Hi, I have a Technics SX-PR602 piano whose screen doesn't work. It turns on the light and the side led light on the piano but nothing shows on the screen and the other leds don't seem to work. There's no sound either. Thanks.

Hi, thank you for contacting My name is Russell. I will do my best to provide the right answer to your question. That sounds as if it might be a power supply failure, but it could also mean that the control circuitry has suffered a grave failure. (Either one would account for non-responsiveness to controls and no sound.) If you would tell me what the zip code is for your area, I will see if I can find some repair-servicing professionals with expertise in this sort of electric piano in your area.

You're not situated very close to a major city, so techs may be hard to find. Give me a bit of time to search....
