Hi, thank you for contacting My name is Russell. I will do my best to provide the right answer to your question. That sounds like a memory error in the circuitry that leads to the display, or perhaps in the display's immediate driver circuitry.Either way, the thing to hope for is that it is temporary. In which case, it should go away and resume functioning, if you turn the piano Off, unplug it, leave it that way overnight, and see how it is in the morning. This sort of thing can happen owing to static discharge or 'ESD' (electrostatic discharge) which even when too faint to be felt by people's fingers, can discommode, or even damage permanently, some circuitry. Let me know how it goes, once you turn it On tomorrow morning. (If it still does not work, let me know your local zip code.) Thanks.
