fuse on power supply board is good.

Hi there,

You might just have a bad connection somewhere. With the power off, remove and replace every connector, and flip all the tabs back and forth a few times. Use a rubber eraser and alcohol to clean the connector tabs if there is any sign of corrosion on them.

If that doesn't help, then the electrolytic capacitors on the power supply circuitry may have dried up. Dried up caps can burn out rectifiers, resistors, regulators, and even transformers, if not replaced in time. Check those capacitors and replace any suspect ones.
