How old is your keyboard?
Also were there any power outages or storms just prior to this problem?
ALso do you unplug this one frequently?
Also more than likely with this one the power adapter is the problem;-)
These can fail at any time whether used or not. This electronic device can fail anytime by design.
But if you have a meter you can test the output and let me know if that was the problem so we can go further. Or please rate my service to you and have a great day!
