Hi there,

There are a number of areas where a problem may arise, preventing the keyboard from powering on.

You will need to carry out some voltages tests inside the keyboard to confirm that voltage is getting to the internal circuitry ok and that there are no bad solder joints, broken wires or other bad internal connections.

Also test the power switch for continuity in case it is faulty.

If you can confirm that the switch is working and voltage is getting to the main board ok, but the keyboard will not power on, then the main board has a fault and will require a repair or replacement.

Hi,
I notice your rating for my service has not gone through...
Do you need any further assistance?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I couldn't use your response because the keyboard instructions say to NOT open up the keyboard. Only a qualified technician.

That message is only to prevent your warranty being voided.
If the keyboard is no longer under warranty, then you or a local tech can open up the keyboard.
