my Korg MicroKey 32 displays all LED lights on when I plug in to USB ports. No midi triggers come from it when I press the keyboard's keys even though PC and Mac recognise it - any idea how to get it going ?
Already Tried: plugged into Mac and Win machines - same issue. Tried factory reset found on a forum - press and hold both transpose up and down buttons while plugging USB cable into USB-in port. Was working for a whilee when I plugged into my iPad3 via Camera Connection kit and usb powered hub. Then Korg lights did a strange strobe flashing and after that when I plug Korg into any USB port (iPad, iMac, Windows Laptop) all lights stay on, on Korg and no midi out even though Korg is recognised by PC

Hi Michelle. Given the answer to my problem seems to be a difficult one as it is hard to find someone with the right expertise, I contacted the original seller of my Korg and he has agreed to replace it under warranty. So I am happy to close the question Michelle. As the question was not resolved, do I need to do anything regarding my credit card deposit Michelle ? Many thanks for trying for me in the meantime ;O)
Michelle - I am totally confused now !! I sent a reply already stating I was not happy to have been charged $18 even though my problem was not resolved, but it's not showing up here. I also answered a survey for Justanswers to the same effect....but I don't know what I'm supposed to do to receive a refund of my $18. Please help....thanks, Alan
