I will try my best to help you solve this, but from the way your question is stated it is difficult to determine what you need help with. Where are you running into trouble with the factory reload? Do you need the sysex file? Do you need the steps for how to load the file, or are you simply running into trouble somewhere in the process?

Some information that would be helpful is knowing what you have already tried and what the results were, as well as the answers to the questions below:

1. What type of computer system are you using (Mac or PC)?
2. Do you have software to transfer the file, if so what software are you using?
3. What type of MIDI interface are you using and have you used it successfully to transmit MIDI before?
