I have a Harbor Breeze Fan that the remote no longer turns

Customer Question

I have a Harbor Breeze Fan that the remote no longer turns the light on. It turns the fan on, but I can't get to the light bulb to check it out.
JA: I'll do all I can to help. How long have you been dealing with this?
Customer: More than a year. We just use another light
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: Yes. This fan does not have pull chains, only the remote
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: There is an arrow on the light housing, kind of a curved arrow, that says open

Just to make sure I understand, are you saying you don't think a blown bulb is the problem?

Customer: replied 3 months ago.
I don't know. I cannot open the light housing to see the bulb

Would you be able to post a photo of the light kit portion of the fan?
