Hi i am trying to install a smart wi fi light switch but u am realizinf i have 3 black cables and the switch have only 2, i don't know what to donwith the 3 cables

1) Please provide me with the manufacturer name and model number of the WIFI switch?

2) What type of switch was previously installed? A single pole or a 3-way switch?

3) How house wires and the wire colors that were terminated to the original switch?

4) How many total house wires and the wire colors in the wall box? Any groups of wires that are spliced together with a wire nut?

Sorry but I don't know what is a 3 way switch but lets try this, it has 2 black cables connected to the back and on cable connected on the side screw, all the cables are black.
Besides those 3 black cables there are 3 white ones capped, and 3 thick ones that doesn't have any color on them those are plain cables

did you remove existing switch already?

I tried but it has 3 black cables and the smart switch I have has only 2 black cables, so I don't know what to do with the 3rd cable, so I put back the old switch, the switch has the 2 black cables connected to the back and on to side on the screw
