Customer Question

I need an electrician. We have two low voltage lights with switches. Single pole. Not three way. We want to combine the two into one switch so the lights are both operated on one switch and then we want to have the bottom as an outlet for a plug. Can we do that? And if so how? We are the jack of all trades but master of none. I am for Milyer with wiring but I am not that much of an expert to know how to do this
