Hi, I'm Mike G and I'll be assisting you. With the disconnect off there should be no voltage at the tub. If you test the line at the tub and find voltage, you'll need to check the load side of the disconnect or check to see if there is another source involved.

Ok. By the tub you mean ask the breakers and neutral bar?
Customer: replied 1 month ago.
all the breakers. My volt detector said neutral bar had no voltage but I'm making sure if I touch the main cable with 600 volts which is insulated, can it still shock Me or should I be safe there?

It's the one feeding the house from the meter

The breaker for the tub. There should be a disconnect in sight of the tub within 20 ft. Either should completely disconnect the power.

I'm guessing that's by the street. I see the box. I'll have to get it o pened up. Is it obvious how to disconnect it once inside?
