I have electrical spikes when a motor starter is used to start a motor. Can I use a MOV to eliminate these spikes
JA: How old is the system in question? And have you consulted an electrician yet?
Customer: The system is five years old I have not consulting an electricion

What circuit board? When you say "Motor Starter" do you mean a variable frequency drive?

If so, I am very familiar with these. What is the make and model?
