Does one need a permit to add an electrical outlet in a private residence condo in miami beach and if so what is the process and fee(s)

Hello, my name is ***** ***** I look forward to helping you!

I do not no specifically for Miami, but I don't know of anywhere in the US where at minimum a minor label permit isn't required

Hi, I'm Mike G and I'll be assisting you. You'll need a permit and have the work done by a licensed electrician. Only single family, owner occupied dwelling may have the work done by the owner but permit and inspections are required.

Are having any other questions?

What is the cost and filing procedure?

Call you local building Dept for the costs. In most cases home owners do the work without permits and inspections.
