Welcome to www.justanswer.comThis can be difficult to get a real answer on without a multimeter and an ammeter. The ammeter will tell how much of a load is on the circuit, the multimeter can verify that nothing is going to ground. This can be caused by a defective electrical device/appliance, a loose connection causing the circuit to overheat, a defective breaker or one that may be going bad. If it trips frequently, aside from the nuisance, there is definitely something wrong that needs attention before it develops into something more serious. About all you could do if you do not have the meters is check for loose connections & unplug devices/appliances until you find a defective one. Let me know if you have any other questions. Thank you
