If built since 70's, look for GFCI Outlet that will need to be reset or replaced if defective

My apologies for that, I am not available for a phone call. Keep looking, the GFCI is there somewhere. If it is an older installation the Outlook could be anywhere outside of the house or in one of the bathrooms that protects the garage
