Customer Question

I have a PG 2000 as well and would like to know if I could simply pull the 150W lamp and replace it with an LED bulb? Does the igniter need to be disabled or will it affect the LED?

Hello. The 150w fixture will have a ballast core, capacitor, ignitor etc... If you simply take the supply 120 volts? And wire it directly to the 2 wires to the socket and your led bulb is rated 120 volt and has the same socket base you are good to go.
