I have a mobile home i had moved to a new location,i didn't have any elec.isues until then.Now i have so many its hard to beleave,power surges,lights going off ,blown light bulbs,i took a meter to the plug ins they read 240 ,please tell me whats going on if you can thanks

Hi, I'm Mike G and I'll be assisting you. From your description I would suspect a bad neutral connection. When that happens the problems are as you are experiencing. If you have a 2 wire voltage tester, you can confirm it.
