Customer Question

My outdoor plugs do not work. I looked on the breaker box - but when I move the switch it just switches back. I pressed the TEST button - but doesn't seem to press down. Any idea what the problem is? Thanks!

Hi, I'm Mike G and I'll be assisting you. If you have a GFCI breaker that won't reset, it is either a fault to ground, a bad breaker or a short circuit. To check for the cause you'll need a multimeter. Do you have one?
