Customer Question

I have a t101 intermatic timer running a salad case in my store. I have it set to shut down from 1-3am as my other one is set. However, the newer one hits the off pin and just stops all together I have to go down and reset the time and manually restart it... Any suggestion as to what is wrong?

Hi, I'm Mike G and I'll be glad to assist you. Reverse the line and load connections.

I already did that because originally the timer wasn't working but I had power and the troubleshooting said if you have power but clock isn't working reverse the line and load wires

If you look at the face of the unit, there is a small hole that shows if the gear of the motor is turning. Check it in both the on and off settings. It should always be turning. Let me know what it's doing.
