Customer Question

I followed the instructions you have on here from another person's question on installing an adorne light. First light in my scenario is a dimmer though. When I connect it as described it will not turn off.

To clarify: the power source is coming into switch #1 first which is a dimmer controlling light #1 - this is on and will not turn off. Switch #2 is powered from switch #1 and operates a separate light - this switch is not a dimmer and is working properly. They are Legrand Adorne switches, so they are labeled differently than anything else on the planet....

Welcome. My name is ***** ***** would be glad to assist.

What is the actual Model number for the dimmer as they have many different in the Adorne series.

How do you have the dimmer wired now to the house wires?

Please provide a list of the wires in the dimmer box , along with the wiring to the dimmer .

Or you can post pictures here as well for review.

Let me know and we can continue,

Thanks
