If You have already replaced the batteries in the remote
Check the batteries making sure the positive and negative ends are
properly.
New batteries can be bad so if it still does not work
replace the new batteries with new ones from another batch.
Check the remote for physical damage.
Cracked, broken, moisture.
Still no results you can reset the remote.
I will explain how in the next box.

Reprogram (reconnect) remote;
Hold remote against logo in lens. press and hold the I button light Will flash three times .
Keep holding until green light flashes.
The remote will be programed
If this does not work "Reset" the remote:'
Open the battery the battery compartment cover.
There is a small reset button that has to be pushed with the end of a straightened
paper clip . Push and hold ( about five seconds)
After this you have to reprogram (reconnect) the remote.
Changing the channel may also be a solution.

There are also replacement remotes available

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
where is a replacement in australia ?
Expert:  machinc replied 1 year ago.

By your question I assume the reset button did not correct the problem. Rather than find a supplier locally it would be available on line . I will post a link.

The easiest place to find them is EBay.

There are nunerous listings. All are very reasonably priced. Some offer free word wide shipping. EBay is a very safe and dependable place to shop on line.

Just go to WWW.ebay.com and use EBay search to find the best offer. You do not have to join ir ve a menber.
