Welcome. My name is ***** ***** would be glad to assist.

Does the fan motor respond to the remote or is everything down?

Can you look on the fan and get the model number so the specs can be obtained?

Let me know and we can continue,

Thanks

Where do I look on the fan for model #. .
Expert:  AssuredElectrical replied 1 year ago.

There should be a label on the top of the fan.

Or, since you have the original manual, it may be inside it as well.
