Hi, I'm Mike G and will be glad to assist you. Do you have a 2 wire voltage tester?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
No, I do not, but I know I am getting power because I got a shock when I cut the duplex out. Thought opener was part of GFI breaker but it was not

Not having a tester but getting a shock, tells me that you have an open neutral connection. A white wire on a device or in a junction has lost connection. If you have light fixtures, I would check connections in those boxes
