No it's not the disconnect.Just wondering how many amps #4 or 4 gauge is good for?

Ok, thanks.#4 copper or its equal #2 aluminum are good for 100 amps at 100 ft.That only has a voltage drop of 2.5% which is well below the NEC recommendation of 3%.
