My thermostat was blinking telling me to replace the batteries.

Customer Question

My thermostat was blinking telling me to replace the batteries. I replaced the batteries and now it won't come on. I tried 2 different sets of new batteries so I'm thinking that it's not the batteries. What should I do? Thanks

Hi, I'm Mike G and I'll be glad to assist you. The only thing to try is reversing the batteries, you may have installed them improperly.

I already tried that

The item isn't serviceable, so you'll need to replace it. I would suggest trying another set of batteries first.
