Customer Question

My husband just capped off all the wires, individually, in several outlets in a room we don't use. Now the power won't work at all in a completely different room. We don't know weekday happened or what to do.

Hi, I'm Mike G and will be glad to assist you. You need to reconnect the wires as they were. A circuit may run through several rooms and if cut in one of the lead openings, nothing further down the circuit will work.
