I am installing a light fixture. I have a ground wire and one black wire one white wire on the fixture. But there are 2 white wires 2 black wires and a red wire where the old ceiling light was. Which wires go where

Welcome. My name is ***** ***** would be glad to assist you
Normal wiring with blacks and a red in the ceiling box, dictate that the red is switched.
Remove the switch cover and verify that a red wire is on the switch.
If so, at the ceiling, you will connect the light fixture black to the ceiling red wire.
Connect the light fixture white to both of the ceiling whites, all together.
Keep the 2 black wires in the ceiling connected together only to each other.
If a ground wire is present in the ceiling, connect the ground of the fixture to it, other wise, connect it to the light fixture hanger bracket.
If there is no red on the switch, post back and we will investigate further, but I believe it will be as stated.
