Can you tell me whether this panel looks properly

Hi--can you tell me whether this panel looks properly grounded at this point (and whether there are any other glaring issues)? Previous service (60 amp) was cut off due to tree damage to outside wires. Thanks.

OK, I saw them. Your bare ground wire Ned's to be connected to the neutral bar, not the ground bar. Please tell me what the larger white wires between the gr I und bars is. If it is from a driven rod, it needs to be connected to the neutral bar also. The bond screw is what connects the neutral bar and the ground bars.
