Customer Question

I have two switches that I'm trying to replace; both 1-way, one light, one ceiling fan. The fan switch I am replacing with a 15 amp pass & seymour nightlight + switch, the other is a 20 amp pass & Seymore decorator switch.
I have all hot wires going to the brass or black screws, and all silver with neutral wires and it is still not working.
