Look it over and see if anything needs to be different? Used the same power supply for the photocell and lights to keep it simple

Turn your contact to the NO , Normally Open position

Are all the neutrals tied in together

No need to use the neutral through a relay

If you were 240 v on the lights, then use the other side of the relay and second set of contacts
