AssuredElectrical :

Welcome. My name is XXXXX XXX would be glad to assist.

AssuredElectrical :

Is the breaker or the receptacle in the bath a GFCI?

AssuredElectrical :

Some web browsers are not compatible with the chat mode and has
issues that do not allow you to read or post.
If this is the case, I can switch to a Q and A mode to remedy.

AssuredElectrical :

If you could confirm before I switch with a reply it is appreciated.

It appeared that your browser was incompatible with Chat mode so I have switched to Q and A.
Hopefully this resolves any issues.

Ok, great.

Is the bath receptacle or the circuit breaker a GFCI?

What else is on that same circuit breaker?

Customer replied287 days and 19 hours ago.

yes this is GFCI and the ceiling light plus the vanity light above the mirror is on this same breaker

None is showing power except at the breaker

Is the receptacle a GFCI or the breaker?

Have you tried to reset the GFCI?
If so, what happens?

What are you using to test for voltage?

Customer replied287 days and 19 hours ago.

This is the problem. We reset the GFCI and it is now working. I think we was pushing the test button earlier. Thanks for your help

OK, understand.
That is why I asked, it happens quite a lot since the little buttons are so close together.

Glad all is working fine now.
