I would like to know how to wire standard 230v single phase

I would like to know how to wire standard 230v single phase induction motor one which has two capacitors. One for start up one to run. How do I test coils for resitance, to connect to correct poles. Ken

 

Optional Information:
Make: tow value capicitor motor
Model: yl 901/2 3hp 250/40uf

Already Tried:
Nothing too scared to connect. There are 5 terminals. On top marked Z1 Z2 Z1 Underneath U1 U2 To make it more confusing the switch has two speeds.

We bought this wood working machine which is brand new but had quite a few missing parts. It has a two speed Switch and our voltage in South africa is 230/240v.

I did some research and would like you to look at the information that is found at the link below, I believe this may be very similar to what you have even though the horse power is different.

Also, is there a possibility that the switch that you are referring to is actually a reversing switch, which is also described on that web page?
