I am installing a Harbor Breeze fan outdoor ceiling fan without

Resolved Question:

I am installing a Harbor Breeze fan outdoor ceiling fan without a light kit.
The wiring coloring supplied with the fan are:
Black-power
White-neutral
Green-ground
Blue-light (optional for later installation). I do not intend to add the light kit.

The wiring colors from the outdoor ceiling are:
Black-power
White-neutral
Bare-ground (??)
Red-

1. Please confirm whe correct wiring pairing.
2. Does does the red get connected?

Hi, I'm Mike and I'll be glad to assist you. Connect by color and omit connecting the Red wire. The Red could be used for a light if you ever install a light kit.
