my 3 way Switch does not opperate properly. I have had the red wire both on the black and both not on the black?? not sure what to do now.

You should have one black screw and two brass screws on the 3 way switches

HotWiredGSP :

the red and black wires that are coming from the same cable are the travelers and they go on the brass screws.

HotWiredGSP :

the other black wire goes on the black screw, that is the common.

Good morning. Yes it is. My computer kept freezing up. Hit the Accept button and it would just sit there. I went into questions and hit accept and it brought me back into this page were the accept button does not work. I will try again and then contact customer support.
