I HAVE A TWO LIGHT FIXTURE AND AM TRYING TO USE A NEW GE BALLAST #78625. THIS BALLAST WAS ORDERED FOR A 4 LIGHT FIXTURE, CAN I USE IT ON A 2 LIGHT FIXTURE AND HOW DO I HANDLE THE WIRES?

Hi, I'm Mike and I'll be glad to assist you. If the ballast is an electronic T* ballast, yes you can use it on a 2 lamp fixture. If you look at the wiring diagram on the ballast. You'll see that the lamps are paired by the colors of the wires. Just cap the set not used.
