I bought a electric heater last year and it's not working. Lights are on but no heat. It does not get hot. Please help.

Do you have an ohm meter and are you comfortable taking it apart?
It is possible something inside is broken or has come apart and we need to troubleshoot with an ohm meter.

IIt does not have a ohm meter that I know of. I'm wondering if there's a fuse inside that needs to be replaced.

I asked if you had an ohm meter, it's not part of the heater. It's part of a simple volt meter normally. It's used for testing purposes.
