Resolved Question:

There are 4 wires colored white, red, blue and green white need to be connected to a thermostat with locations Y,W, G & RH/RC. What goes where?

Are you replacing an existing thermostat? If so, how were the wires connected on the old one?

Connect red to rh\rc there is usually a jumper wire between those screws. Connect white to W, green to G, blue to Y. Test the thermostat. If this does not work properly, reverse the blue and green wires.
