I bought a lester summit on board charger for my ezgo txt

Customer Question

I bought a lester summit on board charger for my ezgo txt and it has a blue wire, need to know where that goes!
JA: OK. To minimize me, please click the down arrow at the top right corner of this box.
Customer: How does this work? Do I pay for the advice? I don't see that.
JA: What year is your Summit?
Customer: Just bought it this year, model 28230. My cart is a 1998.
JA: Are you fixing your Summit yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: I installed it on the cart myself. hot lead, neutral lead, and a blue lead. The instructions I can find aren't terribly clear and I can't find any schematics (pictures) for a layman like me.
JA: Have you checked the vehicle's manual?
Customer: Hmm let me do that, if I can find it online, the cart I got used and it doesnt have one.
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: do I pay or do they post a price? Not clear on that.

Lockout is the blue wire. Not used on most carts. Just tape it up. Page 10 in the below manual link.
