I have a ezgo, controler P/N 73326G02, voltage drops to 29v when pushing peddle and starts to move but stops.
JA: Will the headlights turn on? Is the battery fully charged?
Customer: Battery charged no lights installed
JA: What is the model/year of your electric?
Customer: not sure plate is gone, ro resistor across soinoid
JA: What year is your electric?
Customer: id plate gone

What does each battery read for voltage? With battery pack dropping to 29 volts, it tells me you likley have a bad battery or connection, dropping voltage below operating limits.
