Make and model of cart? Do you have a voltmeter to test the voltage on the cart, where the charger plugs in to? Charger has to see the battery pack voltage , before it will start to charge. It is faulting out. I suspect there is not enough voltage to the charger receptical. You say 7 batteries? More likley six batteries.???

Customer: replied 4 months ago.
Seven batteries. I cleaned all post and tightend the cables.

Make a and model? Voltage? Do you have voltmeter to check voltage at battery pack and each battery? What are those readings? What does the receptical for the charger read on the cart?
