I have a 2007 club car precedent 48 volt car. when i plug it

I have a 2007 club car precedent 48 volt car.
when i plug it in to charge it, the charger reset keeps blowing.
i have new batteries this spring, tried another charger with the same results.
any ideas what may be wrong

Do you have a voltmeter to check the voltage at the carts charger receptacle? And check each battery's voltage. Charger sees a problem with the voltage to it.
