Have a 48volt cart, when I go uphill the voltage drops to 41 volts and the cart runs real slow. So I need new batteries?

Definitely a battery or cable problem. Have you checked each battery, to see if one battery is dropping more than the rest? 6, 8 volt batteries or 4, 12 volts? Dos charger un full 8 hour cycle, and are batteries full of fluid?

Cleaned all of the terminals and I started at 49.4 volts. All of the fluid is full.
