Do you have a voltmeter to check the voltage at the port for attaching the charger? 36 volt or 48 volt? Does cart run, charger just does not start?

I see qustion is still open, did you see my response? Charger has to see around 75 percent of battery voltage, before it will close the internal relay and start charging.
